Organized by the National Congress of Italian-Canadians (QR),, active since 1972, to promote, preserve and bring to life the Italian community’s rich cultural heritage. ItalfestMTL ItalfestMTL festival has been celebrating with citizens and tourists for over 30 years.. In 2024, 655,089 visitors took part in the festivities, which take place every year in several of the city’s arrondissements.
An innovative and colorful program is prepared each year for festival-goers of all ages and origins to fully enjoy the festival and celebrate the diversity of Italian heritage in Montreal.
