The National Congress of Italian-Canadians is delighted to organize once more this year the art competition Il Piccolo Leonardo as part of the events that will be held during the 31th edition of ItalfestMTL. Young artists are invited to give free rein to their creativity in the realization of a drawing or a painting, drawing inspiration from the works of renowned Italian painters. Art provides an excellent opportunity to introduce them to the richness and beauty of Italian artistic culture. The competition is divided into three categories of participants: 4 to 6 years old, 7 to 9 years old, and 10 to 12 years old. A winner will be selected for each category and one final winner will be chosen among all the participants, by a jury composed of professional artists. The award ceremony will take place during ItalfestMTL’s press conference (date and location to be confirmed).
